Booking Information

Useful tips for your stay at the Alpenhotel in Schruns

You can check into your room after 4 p.m. You can already use our SPA facilities at 1 p.m. On departure day, please check out by 11 a.m.

Depending on availability and after request, an early check in is possible under the following conditions:

  • The surcharge for a check-in between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. is EUR 45.00 per person.
  • In the event of an even earlier arrival, a full night will be charged in addition.

Would you like to use our SPA until 4 p.m. on your day of departure?
Then book your Late Check Out at reception with use of the spa until 4 p.m. including afternoon buffet for EUR 27.00 per person. The room must be vacated by 11:00 am.


Would you like to keep your room until 4.00 pm on the day of departure?
Then book your Late Check Out with room, wellness use and afternoon buffet at reception for EUR 50.00 per person (reservation is only possible on site and subject to availability).

If you do not wish to take advantage of our pampering half board or the afternoon buffet, a discount will be given per day per person on the room rate.

Double rooms for single use and family rooms for double use:

For single occupancy of double rooms and double occupancy of family rooms and suites, a surcharge is added to the base price. This is already included in the offer price.



For occupancy of more than 2 adults in a double room or more than 4 adults in our family rooms, a discount per person is applied to the base price. This is already included in the offer price.

The prices are per person and day and all Alpenhotel amenities including all taxes plus the local tax of EUR 2.60 per day. All rooms and suites are non-smoking, equipped with shower/toilet or bathtub, LCD TV, phone, safe, hairdryer and minibar.

You are welcome to pay your final bill for your stay in cash, by EC or debit card, Visacard, MasterCard or AMEX.

You can get more information about travel cancellation insurance HERE. We recommend that you take out a policy of this type so that your costs are covered in the event of cancellation.

We would be happy to store your luggage for you if your room is not ready when you arrive. You can leave your luggage in the luggage room at the reception. Likewise, we can store your luggage for you in our luggage room on the day of departure.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

There is a safe in every room. If you need help, please contact our staff. We would be happy to assist you.

We can offer you a parking space in our underground car park for EUR 8.00 per day.

  • ½ battery charge: € 25,–
  • 1 battery charge: € 40,–

Parking in the parking lot opposite the hotel is free of charge.

It is forbidden to bring skis, snowboards or ski boots into the hotel room. Please store them in your car or in the lockers provided in our heated ski room. Access to the ski room is to the left of the hotel entrance next to the entrance to the underground car park.

Dogs are allowed in all rooms except in the junior suites “Silberfichte”. EUR 25.00 per day without food will be charged per dog.


Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or on the sunbathing lawn. Your dog is welcome in your room and on the terrace.


If your beloved four-legged friend damages or soils anything during your stay, an additional fee of between EUR 100.00 and EUR 500.00 will be charged, depending on the nature of the incident.

Please inform us in writing in the event of cancellation.


You will find the applicable cancellation conditions on your written confirmation.


For group bookings, separate cancellation conditions apply, which you will find in the offer as well as in the final confirmation.

You will be informed of the specific deposit conditions when you make your final booking. In general, we require a deposit of 30% of the total package price up to 60 days before arrival. You will find any deviations from this in your written booking confirmation.
