Useful tips for your stay at the Alpenhotel in Schruns
Check-in & Check-out
You can check into your room after 4 p.m. On departure day, please check out by 11 a.m.
Pricing Information
Prices are per person and day, including all Alpenhotel amenities as well as VAT. A local tourism tax of € 2,50 per person/day is charged extra. All rooms and suites are no-smoking and equipped with shower/WC or bathtub, LCD TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer and minibar.
Payment Options
You are welcome to settle your final bill in cash, by debit card, Visa or MasterCard.
Surcharges
The surcharge for single occupancy of a double room or 2-person occupancy of a suite is 30%. Christmas supplement: € 55.00; New Year’s: € 65.00.
Bed and breakfast only
If you book a room with breakfast only, we deduct Euro 15,00/person from the half-board price.
Internet
Free WiFi is available in all rooms.
Safe
A safe is located in every room.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed, though not in the dining room or guest lounge (pet charge: Euro 25,00 per day, food not included).
Underground Garage
We offer a parking space in our underground garage for a price of Euro 8,00 per day.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing. Cancellations are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions:
- more than 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation charges.
- up to 1 month prior to arrival: we charge 40 % of the total package price.
- up to 1 week prior to arrival: we charge 70 % of the total package price.
- in the final week prior to arrival or in the event of premature departure: we charge 90 % of the total package price.
